OneDesq is a premium coworking and managed office brand based in Coimbatore. Our flagship centre, OneDesq Origin, is on Avinashi Road, Peelamedu. We’re building this for the founders, consultants and teams who want enterprise infrastructure without enterprise commitments.
OneDesq Origin started with a simple observation, Coimbatore’s professional ecosystem had outgrown the workspace options available to it. The city has world-class talent, ambitious startups, and a growing number of companies setting up regional offices here. The infrastructure hadn’t caught up. We decided to change that.
Every decision, from the grade of glass in our cabins to the chair you’ll sit in every day, was made with one person in mind: the professional who wants to do their best work. Quiet enough to think. Connected enough to collaborate. Polished enough to bring clients into.
This is our first centre. It won’t be our last.
We’re actively planning additional centres in Coimbatore and other South Indian cities, so the teams that grow with us never have to outgrow us.

The founders kept hearing the same story from peers across Coimbatore, "great talent here, but no workspace I’d be proud to host a US client in." That was the brief.
Design & build
S.P. Towers on Avinashi Road was secured for the flagship. Layout designed around quiet focus and fast collaboration, not influencer photos. Custom workstations, glass-partitioned cabins, dedicated network.
Fit-out & founding members
160+ seats fitted out. Founding Member offer opened. First teams from IT, SaaS, consulting and accounting moved in.
Coimbatore & beyond
Active planning for additional centres in Coimbatore and other South Indian cities. Our member teams shouldn’t have to outgrow us when they scale.
