1. About these terms

By accessing onedesq.com (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

"OneDesq", "we", "us", "our" refers to OneDesq Origin, operating from 1st & 2nd Floor, S.P. Towers, 36, Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore – 641 004, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website to:

• Browse information about our workspaces, pricing and locations.
• Submit a genuine enquiry for a tour, quote or booking.
• Read our blog, FAQ and policies.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to collect data from the Website.
• Submit false, misleading or spam enquiries.
• Attempt to circumvent our security, rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Website to defame, harass or impersonate any person.
• Use the Website in any manner that violates Indian law.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry form, calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp creates no contract or guarantee of availability. Bookings are confirmed only when:

1. We confirm availability in writing (email or WhatsApp);
2. You receive and sign our member or short-term agreement;
3. The first invoice is paid in full.

Until all three steps are complete, OneDesq has no obligation to provide workspace.

4. Pricing & offers

Prices listed on the Website are indicative starting prices for the relevant plan, current as of the "Last updated" date on the page. Actual pricing for your booking will be confirmed in your written quote and depends on:

• Team size and exact configuration.
• Contract length and start date.
• Promotional offers in effect at the time of signing.
• Applicable GST (currently 18% on coworking services).

Promotional offers (such as the Founding Member offer) are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Member agreement governs the actual service

The terms of your workspace use, access, cancellation, payment, conduct, refunds, deposit, dispute resolution, are set out in a separate member agreement (or short-term booking confirmation, for meeting rooms and day passes) that you’ll receive and sign before move-in. In the event of a conflict, the member agreement prevails over these Website terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, logos, copy, images, photographs, graphics, layout, schema, source code, is owned by OneDesq or licensed for our use. You may:

• View and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to our pages on social media or in private messages.
• Quote brief excerpts (under 50 words) for review, criticism or commentary, with a link back to the source page.

You may not reproduce, mirror, republish or scrape the Website’s content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Website links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, HubSpot, social networks). OneDesq has no control over the content or practices of these services and is not responsible for them. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. No warranty

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the information shown is complete or current at every moment. Photographs and renders are representative of the kind of workspace OneDesq operates; minor variations are expected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, OneDesq, its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from your use of the Website. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you have actually paid OneDesq in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹10,000 if you haven’t paid us anything).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneDesq from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your misuse of the Website, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your breach of any applicable law in connection with the Website.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Website after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
