What types of workspaces does OneDesq offer?
OneDesq Origin offers Day Passes, Fixed & Flexi Desks, Private Cabins for 3–15 (from ₹7,500/seat/mo), two Meeting Rooms (6-seater huddle and 10-seater boardroom), Managed Offices for 15–60 (custom-quoted), and three Virtual Office annual plans. Does OneDesq plan to open more centres?
Yes. OneDesq Origin is our first centre on Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. We're actively planning additional centres in Coimbatore and other South Indian cities to support member teams as they scale.
Is OneDesq right for startups and small teams?
Yes. OneDesq Origin is designed for teams of 3 to 50. Startups, SMEs, IT teams, consultants, agencies and enterprise satellite teams use OneDesq for fully managed offices on flexible monthly contracts.
Is OneDesq open 24/7?
Yes. Monthly members get 24/7 keycard access. Day-pass and flexi visitors access between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. CCTV-monitored building security operates around the clock.

What is the cost of a private cabin in Coimbatore at OneDesq?
Private cabins start at ₹7,500 per seat per month. A 4-seater starts at ₹30,000/mo all-inclusive of furniture, lockable door, dedicated VLAN, meeting-room hours and 24/7 access. See full Private Cabin pricing.
Are there long-term contracts or lock-ins?
No long-term lock-ins for fixed desks, flexi desks, private cabins or virtual office plans. All plans are monthly. Managed Office contracts are based on team size and customisation level, agreed at the time of fit-out planning.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Every monthly invoice includes our Tamil Nadu GSTIN and is fully eligible for input tax credit if you're GST-registered.
What if I just need to try OneDesq before committing?
Take a single-day pass, work from OneDesq for a day with full amenity access. Most members sign up after their first day pass. Free 30-minute tours are also available. Contact sales for current day pass rates.

What's the difference between a flexi desk and a fixed desk?
A Flexi Desk is hot-desk access, claim any open seat each visit. A Fixed Desk is your own permanent workstation with pedestal storage, monitor arm and ergonomic chair. Both include 24/7 keycard access and all amenities. Day passes available for occasional visits. Contact sales for current rates.
What's the difference between a private cabin and a managed office?
Private cabins (3–15 seats) are glass-partitioned offices on the coworking floor. Managed offices (15–60 seats) are dedicated floors custom-built for your brand with dedicated IT, security and operations.
What amenities are included?
All plans include high-speed fibre internet, DG power backup, UPS per floor, 24/7 CCTV security, covered parking, air conditioning, pantry with coffee/tea/snacks, printer/scanner, lounge area, mail handling, receptionist support, and meeting-room hours per plan.
Can my team grow without changing offices?
Yes. Upgrade your cabin size any month with 7 days' notice, we move you to the next available size and pro-rate the difference. Many members start with a 4-seater and move to 6 or 8 within 6 months.

Virtual office & GST

Does OneDesq provide a GST registration address?
Yes. Our Virtual Office Growth plan provides NOC, electricity bill copy, rental agreement, authorised signatory letter, a name board at our reception and workspace access, all the documents required for GST registration in Tamil Nadu. Most clients receive their GSTIN within 7–10 working days. Contact sales for current rates.
Is the OneDesq address valid for company incorporation (MCA)?
Yes. Our Virtual Office Advanced plan bundles MCA-compliant address-proof documents along with director KYC support, suitable for private limited, LLP and OPC incorporation. Includes everything in Growth plus 3 hours of meeting-room access and workspace access. Contact sales for current rates.
How does mail forwarding work?
When a letter or courier arrives addressed to your business, we scan it and send a WhatsApp/email notification within a few hours. You can opt to (1) collect it, (2) have us scan and email the contents, or (3) forward by courier to any address.

Meeting rooms

Can a non-member rent a meeting room?
Yes. Both meeting rooms are bookable by the hour by all clients, a 6-seater huddle and a 10-seater boardroom. Same-day bookings usually available. Half-day and full-day discounted rates also offered. Contact sales for current rates.
What equipment is in the meeting rooms?
Both rooms include a 4K AV display with HDMI/USB-C (55" in huddle room, 65" in boardroom), wall-mounted whiteboard, dedicated conference Wi-Fi, conference speakerphone, ergonomic seating, and complimentary water/tea/coffee. The boardroom additionally has AirPlay/ChromeCast, presenter standing zone and side console.
Can I host clients in the cabin or meeting room?
Absolutely. The reception team handles client check-in under your brand name. For smaller meetings book the 6-seater huddle room; for larger meetings book the 10-seater boardroom, cabin members get 4 hours of meeting-room time included every month.

Where is OneDesq located in Coimbatore?
OneDesq Origin is at S.P. Towers, 36, Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore – 641 004. Approximately 10 minutes from Tidel Park and 12 minutes from Coimbatore International Airport.
How far is OneDesq from Tidel Park?
Approximately 10 minutes by car (5.2 km) via Avinashi Road. By two-wheeler the same trip is closer to 8–10 minutes.
Is parking available?
Yes. Covered parking for cars and 2-wheelers is available at S.P. Towers for members and visitors. Bike parking is reserved on the ground floor.
What internet speed is available?
Dedicated high-speed fibre with redundant ISP failover, UPS on every floor and full DG power backup. Built for video calls, large file uploads and SaaS workloads. Private cabin members get optional secondary ISP for additional redundancy.

Yes. Managed Office clients get ISO-grade physical security, vendor compliance reports for their customers, audit-ready records, dedicated network VLAN, optional CCTV recording retention and biometric access control.
How quickly can I start working at OneDesq?
Day passes: same day. Fixed desks, flexi desks and private cabins: typically a few business days after signing. Managed offices: around 5 weeks for the custom fit-out. Virtual office documents (GST, KYC): issued within 48 hours of payment.
