What is a coworking day pass at OneDesq?

A day pass gives you full one-day access to our coworking floor between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Claim any open desk, work as long as you like, and use the privacy pods for calls. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, brewed coffee, tea, drinking water, lounge access and the option to book a meeting room (contact sales for rates).

How much does a day pass cost?

Do I need to book in advance?

Not for normal weekdays, just walk in. For Mondays and the first week of every month we recommend WhatsApping us on the morning to confirm a seat. Last-minute is fine; we just want to make sure you don't drive across town only to find us full.

What if I need a meeting room or call booth?

Privacy pods (soundproof booths for one-on-one calls) are available to all day-pass holders on a first-come basis, book at reception when you arrive. For larger calls or client meetings, OneDesq has two bookable rooms, a 6-seater huddle room and a 10-seater boardroom (same rate for members and non-members). Contact sales for current rates.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Share your business name and GSTIN at check-in and we'll email you a GST invoice the same evening. Day passes are 18% GST applicable.

What if I come in more than 3 days a week?

At that frequency a Fixed or Flexi Desk plan makes more economic sense. It adds 24/7 keycard access, a pedestal locker on Fixed Desk, and unlimited monthly visits. Contact sales for current rates.

What about parking?

Covered parking is available at S.P. Towers for both cars and 2-wheelers, subject to availability. We can't reserve a spot but day-pass volume is light enough that there's almost always a slot.
