How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?
Both meeting rooms (6-seater huddle and 10-seater boardroom) are bookable by the hour with half-day and full-day discount packages. Contact sales on +91 73732 13888 or WhatsApp for current rates. GST extra; valid invoice provided.
Which meeting room should I pick?
Pick the Huddle Room for client one-on-ones, candidate interviews, vendor calls and small team stand-ups (up to 6 people). Pick the Boardroom for full team reviews, investor pitches, training sessions, panel discussions and meetings with multiple external attendees (up to 10).
Can non-members book the meeting rooms?
Yes. Both rooms are open to members and non-members. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, call or WhatsApp to confirm a same-day slot. We recommend at least 4 hours advance notice for guaranteed availability.
What equipment is included in each room?
Both rooms include a 4K AV display with HDMI/USB-C inputs (55" in the huddle, 65" in the boardroom), wall-mounted whiteboard, dedicated conference Wi-Fi, conference speakerphone, ergonomic seating, and complimentary drinking water, tea and brewed coffee. The boardroom additionally has AirPlay/ChromeCast, a presenter standing zone and a side console for laptops.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, subject to the next slot's availability. Just message the front desk during your meeting and we'll check the schedule. Extensions are billed at the same hourly rate.
